  • Preheat the oven to 450 F. Put coconut oil in a 9 or 10" oven safe skillet and warm it up in the oven for about 5 mins while you make the batter
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients. Add to hot pan.
  • Bake for 18-22 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!
