Not a fan of cauliflower pizza but still want a gluten-free crust that doesn’t taste like cardboard? You can make it yourself with 4 simple ingredients!

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 F. Finely shred zucchini and work in garlic salt.
-
Gradually add flour to the mixture, and finally add parmesan cheese. The dough will be sticky, but stiff enough to form a rough ball.
-
Oil a non-stick baking pan liberally. With oiled hands press the dough into the pan to fill it edge to edge. Place on the bottom rack of the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
-
While the crust bakes, prepare your desired toppings. Remove the crust from the oven and top however you like. I opt for no sauce putting cheese on first, then adding fresh tomato slices and other toppings. Because there is no sauce, a liberal application of Italian herbs and spices is needed.
-
Place the pizza on the middle oven rack. Bake pizza for about 15 minutes depending on how heavily to topped it.
