  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 F. Prepare brussels sprouts and diakon radish and place them in a single layer on a baking sheet with a rim (jelly roll pan). Sprinkle garlic salt evenly over the veggies.
  • Place a screen or oven safe cooling rack directly over the veggies and fill edge to edge with bacon. The bacon grease will drip down onto the veggies and infuse them with flavor! Bake on the center oven rack at 350 F for 35 mins. Remove bacon and screens and roast the veggies for 10 more minutes.
  • Chop bacon while the veggies are finishing. Serve topped with chopped bacon and aged parmesan (optional).
