Un-stuffed Cabbage is like traditional stuffed cabbage but without all the work or time. It’s super easy and tastes great!

Instructions
- Set pressure cooker to Sauté setting and brown ground beef breaking up chucks for a finer texture.
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, and diced tomatoes. Stir in seasonings and wine. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes then release pressure immediately.
- Add uncooked rice and/or steel cut oats to the mixture along with water and stir to incorporate. Add cabbage to the top of the mixture, and pressure cook for 4 more minutes on high. This time allow for a 15 minute natural release. Stir together and serve it up hot and fresh!
Notes
If you are looking to cut some carbs, leave out the white rice. The first time I made this I did half white rice and half steel cut oats, and both turned out great. Enjoy!
I get all my organic produce from Misfits Market, my grass fed beef from Butcher Box, and my wine from Naked Wines. I have discount links for each service at chefdavepalmer.com/deals if you are interested!
